Steve has lived in The Woodlands/Spring area since 1975 and watched the initial construction of The Woodlands as a young teenager. Steve is married with three college-aged children who are attending Auburn University. Steve was born in Auburn, Alabama (War Eagle!) and relocated from Atlanta, Ga. to Texas when he was 15 years old. Steve and his family have been members of Fellowship of The Woodlands for over 10 years.

Steve became a licensed agent during his freshman year in College in 1979. However, Steve delayed a career in real estate in order to work as a manager for UPS for 22 years. Though he loved the company and learned valuable business skills there, he soon tired of the corporate world and turned back to real estate.

He has been kept very busy ever since, handling mostly residential sales and earning consistent referral business. During 2004 and 2005 Steve was recognized by The Woodlands Operating Corporation for achieving the #3 ranking in new home sales in The Woodlands and most recently, The Woodlands recognized Steve as the top Realtor in new home sales during 2006 with 35 new homes sales in 2006.

Steve strives to meet or exceed his clients' expectations whether buying or selling a home and firmly believes he has been blessed with referrals by well serving his clients' needs.

Julian Dougharty, Realtor

Julian Dougharty is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and entrepreneurship. Raised in The Woodlands, TX, Julian's journey began when he joined the US Marine Corps immediately after graduating from McCullough high school.

After his service in the Marine Corps, Julian transitioned into the financial industry, working at an insurance marketing company. There, he specialized in marketing annuities and life insurance to financial professionals across the United States. With a decade of experience, Julian decided to embark on his own entrepreneurial path and founded his own insurance marketing company.

Throughout his career, Julian has helped countless individuals safeguard over $1 billion dollars in safe money vehicles, ensuring their financial stability without ever losing a penny.

In addition to his accomplishments in the financial sector, Julian has also made a mark in real estate investment. Over the past 25 years, he has owned and managed more than fifty investment properties, building a multimillion-dollar portfolio of single-family rental properties.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Julian finds joy in spending time with his family. He is a proud father of three sons, Nicholas, James, and Dillan. Julian and his lovely wife April have been happily married for 13 years. When he's not working, Julian enjoys camping outdoors, exploring his culinary skills through cooking, and taking leisurely walks.
