Steve has resided in The Woodlands/Spring area since 1974 and watched the initial construction of The Woodlands as a young teenager. Steve has been happily married to his beautiful wife Kim for 40 years. Steve and Kim are blessed with 3 children including an awesome son Nathan and two incredible daughters Ashley and Amanda (all Auburn graduates) who each have blessed Steve and Kim with 3 grandchildren for a grand total of 9 adorable grandchildren (6 grandsons and 3 granddaughters).

Steve was born in Auburn, Alabama (War Eagle!) and spent most of his childhood years in Atlanta, GA, until Shell Oil Company relocated his dear dad and family to Houston in 1974. Steve and his family have been members of Fellowship of The Woodlands Since 1997 during which time the church assembled each Sunday within the John Cooper School Gymnasium.

Steve became a licensed agent during his freshman year in College in 1979. However, Steve in 1982 began a very successful career with United Parcel Service behind the steering wheel of a brown UPS truck for a year then serving as a manager for 22 years in numerous departments including sales, engineering, operations, and safety OSHA manager. Steve departed UPS in 2003 and joined RE/MAX for 5 years then served with Keller Williams for 10 years where he was a Top Producer. Steve purchased and launched The Woodlands Realty in 2018.

Since 2003, Steve has been blessed with hundreds of wonderful clients/friends who have blessed Steve with consistent referrals. Though new to the real estate industry, The Woodlands Operating Corporation in 2004 and 2005 recognized Steve for achieving the #3 ranking in new home sales in The Woodlands. Additionally, The Woodlands Operating Corporation then recognized Steve as the Top Realtor in new home sales during 2006 and 2007, awarding Steve and Kim an all-expense vacation to New Zealand for 2006 sales and to New York City for 2007 sales. Steve was recognized as the Top Realtor at the Houston 2007 Prism Awards after being nominated by The Woodlands Operating Corporation.

Steve strives to build lasting relationships with his clients and works diligently to exceed client expectations whether his clients are purchasing and/or selling properties. Steve recognizes his client's referrals of family/friends as the blessing they are while boldly and publicly stating... "To God Be The Glory"!

Kami Moffitt, Realtor

Kami Moffitt has been in real estate for 5 years. She has a background in events, including
working for the Houston Rockets.

Kami is a Brigham Young University graduate and a Houston native! For the last 5 years she has worked for a custom home builder in Utah managing sales agents. She has a passion for new construction, design and helping people find the perfect fit home for them.

Outside of real estate, Kami is a mother to 4 children, and enjoys watching her kids compete in various sports. Kami strives to provide the highest level of service to her clients, and makes herself readily available to respond to questions, and assists in finding the right home for each client’s individual needs! Kami’s goal is to create a friendship with her clients throughout the transaction, and beyond!

Jessica Richter, Realtor

As a proud mother of seven, I know what it means to find a home that truly fits. I recently sent my oldest daughter off to BYU, and as our family enters a new chapter, I’ve embraced my longtime passion for real estate and home design.

Before I became a licensed realtor, I was already someone that friends came to for help finding their perfect home. Julian Dougharty, Realtor

Julian Dougharty is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and entrepreneurship. Raised in The Woodlands, TX, Julian's journey began when he joined the US Marine Corps immediately after graduating from McCullough high school.

After his service in the Marine Corps, Julian transitioned into the financial industry, working at an insurance marketing company. There, he specialized in marketing annuities and life insurance to financial professionals across the United States. With a decade of experience, Julian decided to embark on his own entrepreneurial path and founded his own insurance marketing company.

Throughout his career, Julian has helped countless individuals safeguard over $1 billion dollars in safe money vehicles, ensuring their financial stability without ever losing a penny.

In addition to his accomplishments in the financial sector, Julian has also made a mark in real estate investment. Over the past 25 years, he has owned and managed more than fifty investment properties, building a multimillion-dollar portfolio of single-family rental properties.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Julian finds joy in spending time with his family. He is a proud father of three sons, Nicholas, James, and Dillan. Julian and his lovely wife April have been happily married for 13 years. When he's not working, Julian enjoys camping outdoors, exploring his culinary skills through cooking, and taking leisurely walks.
